Nawaloka group is one of the largest conglomerates in Sri Lanka. Founded in 1942, it is made up of a number of businesses in diverse sectors including construction, trading, healthcare, education, hospitality, and so on. Today the group has over 10 companies employing 4000 people.


The company has dedicated websites for each of its businesses. However, lack of centralization affected brand consistency and the group’s ability to achieve optimal results as the audience was scattered with multiple marginal sites. It was timely and expensive to promote each website and track their performance. Although creating one great website seemed like the solution, it was not alone sufficient to generate traffic and help the group achieve its desired goals.
